1. Account authority
You must have authority to act for the organization that creates a workspace and to connect every WhatsApp account, Facebook Page or Instagram account you authorize. You are responsible for your users, credentials and assigned roles.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful customer communication and legitimate CRM operations.
- Do not send spam, mislead recipients, bypass consent requirements, probe other tenants or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload malicious code or use automation in a way that violates platform policies or applicable law.
3. Connected platforms
Meta and other third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability and review requirements. Wappo.io does not control permission approval, messaging limits, account quality decisions or external platform outages.
4. Customer data
You retain responsibility for your customer data and instructions. You grant us the limited right to process that data only to provide, secure and support the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Service changes and availability
We may improve, limit or discontinue features when required for security, law or third-party platform changes. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for material misuse, security risk, legal requirements or unpaid future fees. You may stop using the service and disconnect external accounts at any time. Data deletion is handled under our data deletion instructions.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wappo.io is provided without implied warranties and Dalile Portal LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or third-party platform decisions.
